Terms and conditions
By signing up for the Healthy Success Online HMR at Home program, you agree to the following Terms and conditions.

HMR at Home program description
The HMR at Home diet program provides you with 10% off the cost of your every Healthy Solutions kit shipped and free shipping of the kits.   Kits will be automatically shipped to you every 2 weeks and your credit card will be charged when your recurring order is processed.  You can cancel or change your shipment anytime prior to 3 business days before your next shipment.   If you want to change or customize your kit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update your order. We cannot change or cancel orders that are within 3 business days of your shipment. Each kit contains a minimum set of products that must be included to stay enrolled in the HMR at Home diet program.

Automated shipments
After your first order, your orders will be processed every 2 weeks until you cancel or change your enrollment.  Your initial kit contains step-by-step support materials, a Quick Start CD, automatic shipments of HMR diet foods, discounts and more.  We do not offer refunds or refusals on any shipment processed.

HMR at Home enrollment
To enroll in the Healthy Success Online HMR at Home diet program, you must create a customer login ID and password on the Healthy Success Online website and include a valid email address.  You agree to provide accurate registration data and to update your customer login as necessary to keep it accurate. Healthy Success Online will only use your registration data to process your orders and offer you discounts and special offers on HMR products. You may opt-out of receiving emails of discounts and special offers if you choose.

HMR at Home billing
You will receive an email notification approximately 5 days prior to the next shipping date of your order stating the contents to be processed and shipped and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Notification will be sent to the email address provided in your customer login. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address in your profile. You may modify the contents of your order any time prior to 3 business days in advance of your shipment.  This gives you 2 days to change, cancel, or skip your order from the time you get your email notification.

Payments for your orders will be charged to the credit card presented during the enrollment process.  You are responsible for notifying Healthy Success Online if your credit card information changes.  If your credit card expires or is rejected, Healthy Success Online will notify you at the email address supplied in your customer login profile and we will attempt to call the telephone number on record.   If we are unable to secure a new, valid credit card, Healthy Success Online will cancel your HMR at Home enrollment.

HMR at Home cancellation
You may cancel your enrollment in the Healthy Success Online HMR at Home program at any time by contacting our office at 866-899-8011. Cancellation must occur at least 3 business days prior to your next shipment.  All future orders will be cancelled and your credit card will no longer be charged.  You are responsible for payment of any orders processed prior to the cancellation of your enrollment (at least 3 business days in advance of your shipment).

You understand and agree that cancellation of your HMR at Home diet program enrollment is your responsibility.

Enrolling in the HMR at Home diet program authorizes Healthy Success Online to use your credit card on file for payment on all subsequent shipments.  Contact us at 866-899-8011 to change credit card information. 

You agree to notify Healthy Success Online immediately of any unauthorized use of your credit card and you will be responsible for any charges that are incurred by any person through your account.

Prices are subject to change at any time and will be reflected in your credit card charges.   We will notify you of any product price changes prior to processing your order.

Healthy Success Online reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
